• Booking time, Specify opening times for the booking sheets. Typically these correspond to the time the Administration desk opens for phone or walk-up reservations.

• Waiting List, Members may join waiting lists for courts, as the court becomes available they are instantly moved in and emails are sent. A flag for Administrators to call successful wait list players immediately pops up to ensure notification occurs.

• Backup - 5-Day, never worry about the internet going down as this report is automatically sent to you every day with the next 5 days of bookings. At any time you may also initiate a copy to be sent to an e-mail address of your choice
